A petition challenging the recruitment process for the appointment of the Chairman of the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) was filed before the Lahore High Court (LHC), Rawalpindi Bench.
Honorable Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, upon reviewing the legal arguments, granted a stay order, suspending the recruitment process until further hearings. Additionally, notices were issued to the respondents, directing them to submit their responses to the court.
