ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has appointed five members of the Authority for the Protection of the Worlds and the Seal of the Prophets (PBUH).
Prominent writer, researcher and columnist Dr. Farooq Adil, Dr. Azizur Rahman, Zafar Mahmood Malik, Dr. Farkhunda Zia, Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi and Dr. Qibla Ayaz are among the appointed members. Eminent scholar and Khurshid Nadeem is the chairman of the authority.
According to a notification from the Federal Ministry of Education and Professional Training, the appointment has been made on honorary basis. Dr. Syed Ziaur Rahman is an assistant professor at the Regional Dawa Center, Karachi.
