Order to immediately block passports of deported Pakistanis

An order was given to immediately block the passports of Pakistanis deported from other countries of the world. According to the details, an important meeting was held in the Directorate of Immigration and Passports under the chairmanship of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, in which the passports of Pakistanis to be deported were ordered to be blocked immediately, on which Minister of State Talal Chaudhry said that this decision will send a positive message to the international community, implementation of blocking the passports of deported people will be ensured.
It is being told that Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Secretary Interior, and DG FIA attended the meeting. Various issues were discussed in the meeting and future steps were discussed so that better services can be provided to the citizens. DG Passport Mustafa Jamal Qazi briefed the participants in the meeting, in which he said that a mobile app will be launched soon for the convenience of citizens, which will facilitate passport matters.

It is learned that in the meeting, the Interior Minister directed to complete all the legal matters of the new conditions as soon as possible so that illegal immigration and beggars can be prevented. Mohsin Naqvi also inspected the newly installed 6 MRP and 2 e-passport machines. The installation of these machines will increase the efficiency of the passport office. On this occasion, the Interior Minister also met the Pakistan-German team who provided support in the installation of the machines.
In addition, DG FIA Rifat Mukhtar met Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. During this, the newly appointed Director General National Cybercrime Investigation Agency Waqaruddin Syed, Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry and Federal Secretary Interior Muhammad Khurram Agha were also present. In the meeting, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi instructed DG FIA to develop an effective strategy against illegal immigration and DG NCCI to take steps to prevent cyber crimes.
Mohsin Naqvi said that indiscriminate action should be taken in all four provinces to stop human trafficking and the mafia involved in human trafficking should be dealt with with an iron hand because people involved in human trafficking are playing with the lives of innocent people. In addition, cyber security is also a new challenge, so the capacity of the NCCIA will be increased and officers will be sent abroad for training.
