Rawelpindi 29 April .Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said on Tuesday that India is perpetrating terrorism in Pakistan as a state actor, and so far, has failed to provide any evidence regarding the recent Pahalgam attack.Addressing a press conference, the military spokesperson stated that today’s briefing was meant to expose how India is actively involved in spreading terrorism in Pakistan. “India, as a state, is engaged in terrorism,” he asserted, adding that despite seven days passing since the Pahalgam incident, New Delhi has yet to back its allegations with evidence.
Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif revealed that a full-fledged Indian terror network has been uncovered within Pakistan.
The press conference came on the same day that the Pakistan Army downed an Indian quadcopter that violated airspace along the Line of Control (LoC).
The military successfully intercepted and shot down the drone in the Manawar Sector of Bhimber, where it had attempted a reconnaissance mission. The ISPR emphasised that the armed forces remain fully alert to counter such hostile actions.
The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that India is orchestrating terrorism through its military, with Major Sandeep Verma planning these acts. Major Sandeep is a serving officer in the Indian Army.
Army found audio proof of Terrorist Majeed, signed up by India
Director General ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has presented what he termed “undeniable evidence” of Indian state-sponsored terrorism inside Pakistan, revealing that serving Indian Army officers are directly involved in planning, financing, and executing terror attacks.
During a media briefing, a recorded audio was played in which a terrorist named Majeed was being hired. Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif identified Indian Army officer Major Sandeep Verma as the mastermind behind the plot, involved in both planning and financing terrorist activities. “These are undeniable proofs of state terrorism,” the DG ISPR stated. “They orchestrate terrorism and then try to disown it.”
He further revealed that Major Sandeep detailed how Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) are sent via drones and terrorists are being trained online. In one audio, the Indian officer was heard claiming responsibility for operations stretching from Lahore to Balochistan, indicating that such activities are being carried out not by Indian intelligence agency RAW, but by the Indian Army itself.
Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif disclosed that in 2024, Indian Army Subedar Sukhwinder provided a terrorist with a location via WhatsApp, telling him an IED would be placed there. On October 13, an IED was detonated under a military vehicle in Bagh district, leaving three Pakistan Army soldiers critically injured.
Following the attack, PKR 180,000 was transferred into the terrorist’s account, and on November 18, a final payment was made. On November 22, the terrorist received another location near Head Marala, but the drone crashed, and the same drone was later recovered from his residence. The terrorist was also involved in placing an explosive device on an army vehicle in Jalalpur Jattan, injuring four soldiers.
The DG ISPR reiterated that the Indian government is using its armed forces to carry out these operations, directly targeting Pakistan’s peace and stability.
DG ISPR reiterated that India’s employing terror outfits in Pakistan
During the media briefing, the Pakistan Army spokesperson revealed that terrorists are paid Rs. 606,000 for planting an IED. On March 18, the terrorist was given coordinates to place an IED in Kotli, where he noticed the presence of security forces. He informed his handlers that the army was present and he couldn’t proceed. Eventually, the IED was recovered by schoolchildren.
DG ISPR further stated that Indian media then reported that Indian forces had foiled a major terror plot. The terrorist was paid Rs. 60,000 for this staged narrative, after which he received another IED.
A serving junior commissioned officer of the Indian Army was heard instructing to “target innocents” — DG ISPR questioned, “Are these people even human?”
“This is state-sponsored cross-border terrorism,” he stressed, adding that the terrorists affiliated with the Khawarij (a banned extremist group) escalated their attacks at the behest of Indian handlers.
