The resource persons were Professor Dr. Salim Ur Rahman, Syed Arif Ali Shah, Professor Dr. Khisro Qaleem, Professor Dr. Rabia Ishrat, Professor Dr. Arshad Ali, Salman Faiz Solehria, and Eng. Faisal Khan.
The training covered various topics in different sessions, including: Concepts of Micro Teaching, Academic Planning and Management, Curriculum development, Critical Thinking using SOTEL technique, Statistical Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel, OBE Framework (Outcome-Based Education), and Student Counseling and Guidance. The sessions were designed to be practical and hands-on, allowing participants to gain valuable skills and knowledge. The training concluded with a closing ceremony during which certificates were distributed to the participants.
