Cambridge International Education has announced that Cambridge O-Level, IGCSE, International AS and A-Level exams have been cancelled in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Islamabad and all cities in Punjab on Friday, May 9. This decision is only for the exams on May 9 and will apply to all Cambridge Direct and British Council schools.

Cambridge International Education said that the next notification regarding the May 13 exams will be given by the evening of Sunday, May 11. The May 9 exams in the remaining cities of Pakistan will be held as scheduled, provided there is no change in the security situation. If there is any change, it will be communicated immediately.

Where exams have been cancelled, the Cambridge team will use its experience and systems to ensure that students are awarded fair marks and that their academic progress is not disrupted.
